Winter Camp 2024
January 2-5, 2024 at Academy USA
Our second annual LA Select Winter Camp, hosted from January 2-5, 2024, at Academy USA, brought together basketball players of all ages and abilities for a week focused on skill development and teamwork. The camp emphasized refining individual techniques and fostering a passion for the game.
Highlights
- Gavin Shaghoian, LA Select alum and JUCO player from Canyons Community College, shared his experiences at the college level.
- Rich Elmoyan, with FIBA and NCAA DII experience, offered tips on game preparation and a competitive mindset.
- On jersey day, campers wore their favorite players’ jerseys.
- Prizes were awarded throughout the week.
- Thank you to our coaches, staff, enthusiastic campers and guest speakers Gavin Shaghoian and Rich Elmoyan for sharing their expertise and passion.
